Formative Assssment (FA) ( I- IV) Formative assessment is to conduct in-process evaluations of student comprehension, learning needs and academic progress during a lesson, unit, or Concept based on Success Criteria & Judgement Statement.

Summmative Assessment SA - (I-II)- Summative assessment goal is to Evaluate student's learning at the end of an Instructional Unit. It is the outcome of the Learning after instruction. The purpose is to evaluate Student's Achievement.
